About NEPSE Analysis

NEPSE Analysis is a free website and Android app for following the Nepal Stock Exchange. It puts the day's market, each listed company's numbers and the news that moves them in one place, in plain language, for anyone investing in Nepal.

What you will find here

  • The NEPSE index and the sector indices, with charts from one day to the full history.
  • Share prices for every listed security, and the day's top gainers, losers and most active stocks.
  • A page for each company: price chart, key statistics, ownership, dividends, company profile and financial statements taken from its published reports.
  • Market news from Nepali financial publishers, for the whole market and for each stock.
  • Gold and silver prices per tola, with their history.
  • An advanced chart with indicators and drawing tools, and a page to compare stocks.
  • A discussion under every stock, open to signed-in readers.

Where the data comes from

Prices, indices and corporate actions come from the Nepal Stock Exchange and other public market data sources, and are refreshed through each trading day. Financial figures are read from the reports companies publish. Exchange rates come from Nepal Rastra Bank.

News stories are written by their publishers. We show a headline and a short excerpt, name the publisher, and link to the original article. Some summaries, such as stock verdicts and the gold and silver briefs, are written with the help of AI and cite the sources they draw on. Stock verdicts are reviewed by a person before they are published.

We check the data, but it can still be delayed or wrong. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.

How it is funded

Reading the site is free and needs no account. It is paid for by advertising, served by Google AdSense and always marked as an advertisement. What advertising cookies do, and how to turn personalised ads off, is in the privacy policy.
