NEPSE Analysis shows prices, charts, news and other public data for the Nepal Stock Exchange. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Nepal Stock Exchange.

Not investment advice. Market data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. News is gathered from third-party publishers. Company summaries may be written with the help of AI and can contain errors. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Do your own research, and talk to a licensed adviser before you invest. You are responsible for your own decisions.

You must be at least 18. You can read market data without an account. Posting comments and syncing your watchlist need a Google sign-in, and you are responsible for activity on your account.

Comments on stock pages are public. When you post, you agree not to share:

• Abuse, threats, harassment, hate speech, or content that demeans a person or group.
• Spam, repeated promotion, referral links, or scams.
• Pump-and-dump promotion, false or misleading claims meant to move a price, or insider information you are not allowed to share.
• Other people's private information, or anything illegal.
• Sexual content, graphic violence, or anything not suitable for a general audience.
• Impersonation of another person, company or official.

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you give us permission to display it in the app and on the website to other users for as long as it stays up.

Every comment from another person has a Report button in the app. We review reports, remove content that breaks these rules, and may warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break them repeatedly or seriously. We can remove content or accounts at our discretion where needed to keep the service safe. You can delete your own comments at any time.

To report something outside the app, or to appeal a removal, email [email protected].

• Do not scrape, overload, or try to break into the service or other users' accounts.
• Do not use it to run automated trading or to resell our data.
• We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service at any time.

The service is provided as is, without promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it, including investment losses or decisions made on the data shown.

How we handle your data is in the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time, as described on the delete account page.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
