Arun Valley Hydropower Development Co. Ltd. (NEPSE: AHPC) is a Nepalese hydropower developer listed in the Hydro Power sector. The company develops, builds and operates small hydropower projects, currently operating the Piluwa Khola plant in Sankhuwasabha District with a capacity of about 3 MW. The project was commissioned in September 2003 after a Power Purchase Agreement with the Nepal Electricity Authority signed on 23 January 2000, which sets the tariff at Rs 3 per unit in the wet season and Rs 4 in the dry season. AHPC’s first venture was the 3 MW Piluwa Khola HEP, and it is also involved in the Kabeli B‑1 25 MW project. The firm was founded in 1998 and is headquartered on the 2nd Floor of Trade Tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu, Nepal.
