Bindhyabasini Hydropower Development Company Limited (NEPSE: BHDC) develops, operates and maintains hydroelectric projects in Nepal. The company owns a 15.4 MW cascade on the Rudi Khola, comprising the 8.8 MW Rudi A plant in Kaski District and the 6.6 MW Rudi B plant in Lamjung District. Rudi A began commercial generation in 2018, while Rudi B entered generation in 2076 Falgun. BHDC focuses on affordable renewable energy to enhance productivity and living standards. The firm is authorized with a share capital of NPR 200 crore and holds a power purchase agreement with the Nepal Electricity Authority for the sale of electricity. The company was incorporated on 2057/09/03 and is headquartered in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal.
