Chhyangdi Hydropower Ltd. (NEPSE: CHL) is a Nepalese hydropower company that develops, owns and operates small run‑of‑river hydro projects. It currently operates the Chhandi Khola Small Hydropower Project (2 MW) and the Upper Chhandi Khola Small Hydropower Project (4 MW) on the Chhandi River in Lamjung District, supplying electricity to the national grid under a power purchase agreement with the Nepal Electricity Authority. The company’s objective is the optimal use of water resources to meet Nepal’s electricity demand. It was incorporated as a private limited company on 2064/05/16 BS and converted to a public company on 2071/03/30. Headquartered in Gairidhara‑02, Kathmandu, Nepal.
