The plant delivers power to the Nepal Electricity Authority via a 33 kV line connected to a 220 kV sub‑station. The company’s operations are based on the intake at Shadanananda Municipality (Ward 1) with the head race pipe and power house located in the same area. Commercial generation began on Jestha 20, 2081 BS. The firm was founded in 2065 BS and is headquartered in Buddhanagar, Kathmandu, Nepal.
