As part of Nepal's banking consolidation, the bank has strategically acquired Sahayogi Bikas Bank Limited (2020) and Tinau Mission Development Bank Limited (2021), expanding its operational capacity and customer reach. The company was founded on April 20, 2007, as Nepal's 20th commercial bank and is headquartered in Narayanthiti, Kathmandu, Nepal.
