Dibyashwari Hydropower Limited (NEPSE: DHPL) is a Nepalese hydro‑electric power developer that generates electricity from water resources. Its first and only project is the 4 MW Sabhakhola Hydroelectric Project on the Sabhakhola River in Dhupu VDC, Sankhuwasabha District. The company signed an initial Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Nepal Electricity Authority for 3.3 MW on 2068/11/17 and later amended the PPA to the full 4 MW capacity on 2070/08/19. The project obtained its Energy Generation License on 2071/12/26. The firm operates in the Hydro Power sector of NEPSE.
