Dolti Power Company Limited (NEPSE: DOLTI) is a Nepalese hydropower developer that owns and operates the 4.5‑megawatt Padam Khola run‑of‑river plant in Dailekh district, Karnali province. The project, situated on the Padam River, began commercial generation on 24 December 2019, earlier than the planned February 2021 date. The plant was built at an estimated cost of NPR 1,101 million, with a financing mix of roughly 66 % debt and 34 % equity. Dolti Power focuses on sustainable, reliable electricity supply to support Nepal’s energy security and socio‑economic development. The company was established on 7 April 2013 and listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange on 15 July 2021.
