Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (NEPSE: GBLBS) is a class D microfinance institution operating in Nepal. The institution provides micro‑credit loans, various savings products and welfare schemes to rural poor, following the Grameen Bank model. It serves over 268,699 active clients through 190 branch offices and 999 staff members across 57 districts. GBLBS was formed on 15 August 2014 through the merger of five regional Grameen Bikas Banks and later merged with Samaj Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. in October 2025. The company is regulated by Nepal Rastra Bank and is headquartered in Butwal, Rupandehi, Lumbini Province.
