Himalayan Distillery Limited (NEPSE: HDL) is a spirits manufacturer and processor based in Nepal. The company operates a state-of-the-art distillery in Birgunj, Parsa District, producing a diverse portfolio of alcoholic beverages including spirits, whisky, traditional liqueurs, and ready-to-drink products. HDL's product portfolio features flagship brands in the "Oak" family — Golden Oak, Black Oak, Silver Oak, and Blue Oak — which are crafted using selected Nepalese grain spirits and premium malts matured in American oak casks. The company also produces Shlok Himalayan Premium Whisky, Himalayan Aaila (a traditional Nepali liquor), Passion Cooler, and Malt Spirit. Golden Oak is Nepal's highest-selling liquor brand in the 40+ segment. The company was incorporated on July 24, 1985, and converted to a public limited company on November 3, 2000. It was listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange on March 21, 2003. Himalayan Distillery is headquartered in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, Nepal.
