Himalaya Urja Bikas Company Limited (NEPSE: HURJA) is a Nepalese hydropower developer focused on two projects in the Khimti River basin. The company is constructing the Upallo Khimti hydropower project (12 MW) and the Upper Khimti‑II project (7 MW) on the Khimti Khola in Chhuchure V.D.C., Ramechhap district. Both projects are in the construction phase and are projected to be completed within two years. HUBCL was established in 2056 BS and is headquartered in Subidhanagar, Tinkune, Kathmandu, Nepal.
