Matribhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NEPSE: MATRI) is a national‑level microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as a D‑class financial institution. It offers micro‑finance services including loans, deposits, micro‑insurance and remittance to low‑income individuals, especially women. The institution operates a network of 209 branch offices and 22 monitoring offices across 60 districts in all seven provinces, serving more than 300,000 members. It has grown through the merger of seven micro‑finance institutions and aims to expand its door‑to‑door services throughout Nepal. The company was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Budhanilkantha‑8, Kathmandu, Nepal.
