Mid Solu Hydropower Ltd. (NEPSE: MSHL) is a Nepalese hydropower developer listed in the Hydro Power sector. The company is developing the Mid Solu Khola Hydropower Project with an installed capacity of 9.5 MW, located in Salleri, Solududhkunda Municipality, Solukhumbu District. Headquartered in Baneshwor, Kathmandu, the firm was incorporated on 19 April 2017 and became a public limited company on 30 June 2021. Mid Solu Hydropower aims to generate clean electricity to support Nepal’s energy needs and deliver sustainable returns to shareholders. The project is expected to contribute to the low‑carbon future of the country and aligns with the national goal of expanding renewable energy capacity.
