Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals Limited (NEPSE: OMPL) is a Nepali pharmaceutical manufacturing company engaged in the production and distribution of quality medicines adhering to cGMP guidelines and European standards. The company manufactures pharmaceutical products across three primary categories: cardiac products, anti-diabetic products, and general products, under established brands including Rosu-10, Rosu-5, Emflo-10, Emflo-25, Azobact, Hyotik, Levogit, Monlet, Napro, and Parafast. These medicines are formulated in multiple dosage forms including tablets, capsules, dry syrups, creams, ointments, and ophthalmic/otic drops. The company operates an ultra-modern manufacturing facility in Bharatpur Metropolitan, Chitwan, which commenced operations in 2024. Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals was incorporated in 2016, converted to a public limited company in July 2022, and listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange on April 30, 2025. The company is headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal.
