The company provides a range of life insurance products including endowment plans, term life insurance, child insurance plans, and micro insurance products designed to meet various financial protection needs. The company operates through a network of branches including its corporate office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, along with branches in Koteshwor (Kathmandu), Biratnagar (Morang), Narayangadh (Chitwan), and Nepalgunj (Banke). Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance was formed through the merger of Prabhu Life Insurance Limited and Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company Limited on June 29, 2023, as part of industry consolidation to meet the Nepal Insurance Authority's minimum capital requirement of Rs. 500 crores.
