Panchthar Power Company Limited (NEPSE: PPCL) is a Nepalese hydropower developer listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange. The company owns and operates the Hewa Khola ‘A’ Hydroelectric Project, a 14.9 MW run‑of‑river scheme on the Hewa River in Phalelung Rural Municipality of Panchthar district. The plant supplies electricity to the national grid under a power purchase agreement with the Nepal Electricity Authority. Incorporated under the Companies Act, 2063, the firm was established in 2008 and converted to a public limited company on 22‑10‑2074. Its registered office is in Hattiban, Lalitpur, while its generation facilities are located in Panchthar. The share registrar is Sanima Capital Limited.
