River Falls Power Limited (NEPSE: RFPL) is a Nepalese hydropower developer listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange. The company generates electricity from water resources to support the nation’s electrification and rural economic development. Its operations focus on developing, constructing and operating hydroelectric projects, and it supplies power to the national grid under power purchase agreements with the Nepal Electricity Authority. River Falls Power Ltd. was established in October 2004 as a private limited company and became a public limited company in October 2015.
