The company operates the Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Plant, a 111 MW run‑of‑river project located in Gosaikunda Rural Municipality, Rasuwa district, Bagmati Province. The plant utilizes the confluence of Kerung Khola and Lende Khola, with a gross head of 167.9 m and a design flow of 80 m³/s, generating about 613.875 GWh annually. A Power Purchase Agreement with the Nepal Electricity Authority was signed on 14 November 2011, and commercial generation began on 31 December 2024. The company’s equity is held 51 % by promoters (including Chilime Hydropower and NEA) and 49 % by the public. The company was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal.
