RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (NEPSE: RSDC) is a class‑D microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. It provides wholesale lending to cooperatives and micro‑finance institutions in remote, underserved and semi‑urban areas of Nepal, while also offering retail micro‑finance services. The institution was established to bridge the funding gap for rural cooperatives and to promote financial inclusion. It operates from its registered office in Butwal, Rupandehi, making it the first wholesale micro‑finance institution with its head office outside the Kathmandu Valley. RSDC began operations on 11 September 2013 and continues to support the development of self‑reliant rural communities.
