Reliance Spinning Mills Limited (NEPSE: RSML) is Nepal's largest spinning mill, manufacturing international quality polyester, viscose, acrylic, and cotton blended yarns in various forms including grey, dyed, and melange yarns, DTY yarns, and sewing threads. The company operates two advanced manufacturing units—Unit A in Khanar and Unit B in Duhabi, both located in Sunsari district—equipped with Ring Frame and Vortex machinery from renowned manufacturers. With an installed capacity of 127,824 spindles and annual production of approximately 48,960 metric tons, the company is Nepal's leading textile exporter, generating over USD 50 million annually. Employing over 4,000 workers, it is recognized as the country's largest private employer. Established as a joint venture between the Golyan Group and Maliram Shivkumar Group, the company was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Nepal.
