Sanima Bank Limited (NEPSE: SANIMA) is a Class A commercial bank headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal. Founded on December 6, 2004, and licensed to operate as a commercial bank in 2012, Sanima offers comprehensive financial services across retail, corporate, SME, and trade finance segments. The bank operates 106 full-fledged branches and 28 extension counters with 118 ATMs serving major cities including Kathmandu, Pokhara, Biratnagar, and Nepalgunj. Sanima provides retail banking products including savings and current accounts, various loan products (home loans, education loans, auto loans, personal loans, and gold loans), and international remittance services. For corporate clients, it offers microenterprise loans, project financing, and SME lending. The bank has invested significantly in digital banking services, offering mobile banking, internet banking, QR-based payments, and digital wallets. With deposits exceeding Rs. 213 billion and loans surpassing Rs. 173 billion as of recent reports, Sanima maintains solid financial standing. The company maintains two subsidiaries: Sanima Capital Limited for capital market operations and Sanima Securities Limited for brokerage services. Sanima Bank Limited was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal.
