Swet Ganga Hydropower & Construction Ltd (NEPSE: SGHC) is a hydropower company engaged in generating and selling electricity to Nepal Electricity Authority. The company operates the Tallo Likhu (Lower Likhu) Hydropower Project, a 28.1 MW run-of-river facility located on the Likhu River in Ramechhap and Okhaldhunga districts, Bagmati Province. The project features a design discharge of 29.75 m³/sec and a gross head of 118 meters. The company obtained its generation license on April 10, 2016, valid for 35 years, and signed a Power Purchase Agreement with NEA on December 29, 2016, for electricity supply over 30 years from the commercial operation date. The facility achieved commercial operation on November 5, 2022, and the company was incorporated on February 28, 2005, and is headquartered in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu, Nepal.
