Sikles Hydropower Limited (NEPSE: SIKLES) is an independent power producer operating in Nepal's hydropower sector. The company owns and operates the Madkyu Khola Hydropower Project, a 13 MW run-of-the-river facility located in Kaski District on the Madkyu River. The project achieved commercial operation on April 2, 2018, and generates electricity for supply to Nepal's national grid through a 30-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), originally signed in November 2009 and amended in March 2016. The facility is designed to produce approximately 3.3+ crore rupees in annual revenue and operates as a run-of-the-river installation with a transmission line of 26.35 km. Sikles Hydropower is part of the KC Group's broader renewable energy initiatives in Nepal. The company was incorporated on July 28, 2004, and is headquartered in Lekhnath-7, Pokhara, Nepal.
