Snow Rivers Limited (NEPSE: SNORL) is a hydroelectric power company engaged in the development and operation of renewable energy projects in Nepal. The company operates the Super Kabeli Khola-A Hydropower Project (SKKAHPP), a 13.5 MW run-of-river project located in Sirijangha Rural Municipality, Taplejung District, Koshi Province. The project utilizes water from the Kabeli River and commenced commercial operations on December 4, 2024, generating approximately 80.343 gigawatt-hours of electricity annually (67.424 GWh wet season, 12.919 GWh dry season). The company sells all generated electricity under a 30-year power purchase agreement with Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) at pre-determined tariff rates. Snow Rivers Limited was incorporated in August 2014 and converted to a public limited company on June 17, 2022, with its listing on NEPSE on June 25, 2026. The company is headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal.
