Sopan Pharmaceuticals Limited (NEPSE: SOPL) is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company that produces generic allopathic medicines. The company operates a modern manufacturing facility in Mahalaxmi Municipality, Lalitpur, and maintains its corporate office in Subidhanagar, Tinkune, Kathmandu. Sopan manufactures a diverse portfolio of medicines in multiple forms including tablets, capsules, syrups, suspensions, creams, and ointments. Its product portfolio includes antibiotics (Cetopan, Myzith, Cefmex), anti-allergic medicines (Alerz), pain relievers (Montrin), gastrointestinal medicines (Ulshield), and supplements such as PBIN (Pregabalin), ZANILEX (Tizanidine), and CALCIPAN CCM (Calcium and Vitamin D3). The company holds manufacturing licenses for 116 medicines and actively markets 78 of them. Products are distributed across Nepal through a network covering 13 sales regions in major cities and rural areas. Sopan Pharmaceuticals is WHO-GMP and ISO 9001:2015 certified. The company was incorporated in 2009, began official production in early 2022, and is headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal.
