Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited (NEPSE: SPIL) is a non-life insurance company offering motor, fire, marine, engineering, aviation, health, micro, and travel insurance in Nepal. The company was formed through the merger of Siddhartha Insurance Limited (established 2006) and Premier Insurance Co. (Nepal) Limited (established 1994). Following the merger agreement, the company commenced joint operations on March 1, 2023. SPIL maintains paid-up capital of NPR 2.8 Arba and operates through 155 branches nationwide with over 600 employees, serving commercial enterprises and individuals. The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified. The company was incorporated in 2023 and is headquartered in Babarmahal, Kathmandu, Nepal.
