Terhathum Power Company Limited (NEPSE: TPC) is a hydroelectric power generation company developing and operating small-scale hydropower projects in Nepal's Terhathum district. The company operates the Upper Khorunga Hydropower Project, a 7.5-MW run-of-river facility on the Khoranga River that achieved commercial operations in November 2019. The company is developing the Khorunga-Tangmaya Khola Hydropower Project, a cascading 2-MW facility for which a Power Purchase Agreement with Nepal Electricity Authority has been signed. The Upper Khorunga project sells electricity to NEA on a Take-and-Pay basis. The company was incorporated in 2009 and converted to a public limited company in 2018, commencing operations in August 2019. It is headquartered in Battisputali, Kathmandu, Nepal.
