The company operates as a multi-sector entity focused on commercial real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure ventures. The company's flagship project is Trade Tower Thapathali, Nepal's largest commercial building located in Thapathali, Kathmandu, which houses major institutional tenants including NIC Asia Bank and The British College. Trade Tower Limited has diversified its portfolio with additional property developments, including Janata Residency, a residential complex in Bhaisepati, and Hotel Crystal Pashupati, a three-star hotel near Tribhuvan International Airport in Gaushala, which commenced operations in April 2024.
