United IDI Mardi and RB Hydropower Ltd (NEPSE: UMRH) is a Nepali hydropower company engaged in the development and operation of run-of-river hydropower projects. The company operates the 7 MW Upper Mardi Khola Hydropower Project, a run-of-river scheme on the Mardi Khola river in Kaski district, Gandaki Province, with a gross head of 335 meters and designed for a discharge of 2.60 cubic meters per second. The facility commenced commercial operations on October 7, 2019, and generates electricity for sale to the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA). The project operates under a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) mechanism with a license expiry in 2052. The company was incorporated on March 1, 2010, and is headquartered in Pokhara, Nepal.
