Upper Syange Hydropower Limited (NEPSE: USHL) is a hydropower company that develops and operates the Upper Syange Khola Hydropower Project in Lamjung District, Nepal. The company operates a 2.4 MW run-of-river hydropower facility on the Syange Khola river located in Taghrin VDC, near Syange Bazaar along the Besisahar-Manang Highway. The project was developed under a Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) mechanism with a Power Purchase Agreement signed with Nepal Electricity Authority on October 1, 2015. The facility achieved Commercial Operation Date on February 27, 2022. The company was incorporated on January 26, 2009, as a private limited company and converted to public limited status on March 30, 2017. It was listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange on August 10, 2023. The company is headquartered in Chandol-4, Kathmandu, Nepal.
