Vision Lumbini Urja Company Limited (NEPSE: VLUCL) is a hydroelectric power generation company that owns and operates the Seti Nadi Hydroelectric Project in Nepal. The company develops and manages hydropower projects, focusing on the generation and distribution of electricity through renewable energy sources. The company's primary operating asset is the Seti Nadi Hydroelectric Project, a 25 MW run-of-river facility located on the Seti River in Machhapuchchhre Rural Municipality, Kaski District, Gandaki Province, Nepal. The facility commenced commercial operations on November 12, 2024, following approval from the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA). The project supplies electricity to Nepal's national grid under a power purchase agreement with the NEA. The company was incorporated on October 12, 2018, and is headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal.
